Our adventure starts when we depart Newcastle at 9.00am. It's a day of adventure starting with the area's newest attraction, an interactive aquarium where we get to hand feed sharks and rays. If that's not enough to get the heart pumping, then why not try a swim/snorkel with them (optional extra- $15 on the day). Next it's off to the Stockton Sand Dunes, the largest coastal moving sand mass in the southern hemisphere (thin Sahara by the Sea). A truly awesome sight. We enter the amazing moonscape terrain by 4 wheel drive bus an have the opportunity to sand surf down the huge sand hills. So cool! After all the excitement, it's time for a lunch break with a stop at one of the local cafe's where we can purchase some lunch. Now that we've wound down a little, we continue in the chill mode with a cruise around the blue water paradise to look for the resident bottle nose dolphins. Once we find the it's time to get wet in the boom net and see how close they will come to us. A licenced bar is also on board.
